GETTING SUPPORT
- • Sign in to your Discord account, or create one for free if you don’t have one.
- • Join our Support Discord server.
- • Create a support ticket and select the appropriate category (such as billing).
- • Include your Tebex Transaction ID, Minecraft username, and any relevant information.
- • That’s it! Please wait while our team reviews and assists you.
COMMON QUESTIONS
How do I purchase items?
Click on “Login,” select your Minecraft edition (Java or Bedrock), enter your exact in-game username, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. Purchases are delivered automatically in-game.
My items haven’t arrived
Delivery usually takes 1–2 minutes, but may take up to 30 minutes in rare cases. If your items haven’t appeared after 30 minutes, please contact our support team.
Can I request a refund?
We enforce a strict no-refunds policy. However, if your items have not been delivered within 30 minutes, please open a ticket or email us at support@clashsmp.net and we’ll manually deliver them as soon as possible.
